1. Overview
Welcome to Awe (the “App” or the “Service”), operated by Ashish Panjwani (“we”, “us”). Awe is a daily wonder discovery app: each day it surfaces one extraordinary place, tradition, or natural phenomenon from around the world, alongside curated wonder collections, an atlas map, and a personal wonder history. By using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Definitions
“User” or “you” means any person using the App. “Content” means AI-generated wonder descriptions, images, and other material displayed within the App. “User Data” means your account profile, liked wonders, and preferences stored under your account.
3. Use of the Service
The App lets you discover daily wonders, explore curated wonder collections (including premium collections), save and revisit liked wonders, and view wonder locations on an atlas map. You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its operation, scrape its content, or use it for unlawful activities.
4. Accounts
You may sign in using Google Sign-In / Firebase Auth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. If you are under the age at which you can consent to data processing where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to create an account.
5. Notifications
The App may show a daily notification on your device to remind you of your daily wonder. You control this permission; you can enable or disable notifications at any time in Settings or your device settings.
6. Third-party services & links
The App integrates third-party services (Firebase, Google Sign-In, Gemini AI, Unsplash, etc.). Their terms and privacy policies apply independently. Awe is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party providers.
7. Subscriptions, cancellation & refunds
Awe Premium costs ₹59 per month (Monthly plan) or ₹499 per year (Annual plan). New subscribers get the first 7 days free, and you won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Reading today’s wonder is always free.
On Android, Premium is billed through UPI Autopay.
Premium renews automatically at the end of each billing period (every month, or every year on the Annual plan) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the app, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. A Monthly subscriber who switches to the Annual plan moves over when the paid month ends.
Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you were charged in error or charged twice, email us within 7 days and we will refund the extra charge. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
We may change the Premium price with advance notice in the app. A new price applies only from your next billing period.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may delete your account via the in-app flow; backups or logs may persist for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WONDER CONTENT IS FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INSPIRATIONAL PURPOSES. TRAVEL CONDITIONS, SITE ACCESSIBILITY, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS MAY CHANGE. VERIFY CURRENT CONDITIONS BEFORE TRAVELING.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AWE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, IF ANY.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Awe harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects when the current version became effective. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email.
14. Severability & entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Awe regarding the App.
